Matt has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry and a proven track record for helping people lose weight, gain muscle and live pain free. He takes a keen interest in engaging with the latest research in fitness and health to provide the best scientifically backed advice possible.
Matt also offers sports massage which can greatly aid exercise recovery and alleviating any preexisting soft tissue dysfunction.
