Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team in the personal training industry. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our personal training services to prospective clients. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales. Responsibilities:


Sales and Lead Generation:

Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Utilise effective sales techniques to convert leads into clients and achieve individual sales targets.

Consultative Selling:
Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective clients to understand their goals, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate personal training products. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Relationship Building:
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, emphasising personalised attention and exceptional customer service. Maintain regular communication to provide ongoing support, updates on promotions, and foster client loyalty.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our personal training products, including their features, benefits, and pricing. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market.

Sales Process Management:
Efficiently manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale. Use a CRM system to track leads, document interactions, and manage follow-up activities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with personal trainers and other team members to align sales strategies, share market insights, and optimise client experiences. Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for personal fitness and wellness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
